Rules

Additional rules House rules. Compliance with the rules for the rental of vacation apartments is a requirement of the contract. Failure to comply with the following points may result in sanctions such as the loss or reduction of the guarantee.

1. NEEDS a. All guests (and all other people visiting the property) must comply with the rules stipulated here, during their stay b. Clients must immediately inform the owner/manager of any disputes and/or neighbor complaints

2. NOISE AND VISITS a. In this property there may be minor children. Clients will be responsible for the safety of the children that accompany them throughout their stay and for the disadvantages incurred by other residents of the community. b. Guests and their visitors should keep noise as low as possible so as not to disturb other residents of the community, especially during sleep periods (from 10:00 p.m. at night to 9:00 a.m.) and when arrive and leave the property c. Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, expulsion, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay and reduction of the deposit d. It is absolutely forbidden for clients and their visitors to behave in a disrespectful manner with the inhabitants of the community. and. Clients are responsible for not exceeding the number of clients hosted f. All guests must comply with the rules established in this document. g. If a non-resident person wishes to spend the night in the property, it must be notified and approved during the reservation process and will be subject to all additional costs indicated in the final price. 3. USE a. Any party or gathering of many people is completely PROHIBITED. b. At each small meeting, the rules already expressed for noise, neighborhood and visits must be taken into account.

4. GARBAGE a. Customers and their visitors will take care of waste and recycling according to the instructions described below and will not leave waste in common or public spaces. b. When leaving the house they must leave the garbage and waste in the places enabled for it.

5. SECURITY a. Whenever guests leave the property, it is your responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are tightly sealed to maintain security and prevent rain damage. b. Customers should turn off lights, air conditioners, fans, and electronic devices when not needed to save energy. You don't have to leave the air conditioner on when you're not in the house.

6. BALCONY, TERRACE a. (If applicable) Guests must supervise each child when on balconies and terraces.

7. Tobacco a. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There will be places enabled for this in the outdoor areas. b. The butts must go to the ashtrays provided for this, and not to the ground. If this rule is not met, part of the deposit is reduced.

8. Animals a. Pets are not allowed in this apartment

9. DAMAGES a. Any damage must be reported to the owner or operator as soon as possible. If this rule is not met, part of the deposit is reduced. b. To avoid damage, it is prohibited to move furniture from one room to another without the prior consent of the owner/manager. c. The towels in the bathroom cannot leave the property (for example, on the beach).

10. DEPARTURE FROM THE ACCOMMODATION a. Always leave the windows and doors closed when you leave the house. b. On the day of departure, the keys will be left in the apartment. c. The garbage room is next to the entrance of the urbanization, the key is the same as the entrance to the urbanization. d. Garbage containers are located inside this room.

11. INFORMATION FOR: EMERGENCY a. In case of emergency, the telephone number is: 647 323 403 b. The emergency number is 112.12. ACCORDANCE a. Failure to comply with any of these provisions constitutes a violation of the terms of the vacation rental agreement. b. The owner/manager has the right to interrupt the client's stay if it does not comply with the regulations of this property or causes inconvenience to residents of the community.
